Role Overview:

Join a dynamic team where you'll serve as a strategic advisor and operational liaison across complex infrastructure or development initiatives. You'll be instrumental in navigating contractual frameworks, guiding project documentation, and ensuring compliance with procedural standards. This role blends analytical thinking, legal insight, and project coordination to drive successful outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Issue Resolution: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze project challenges, interpret contractual language, and recommend actionable solutions. Prepare internal reports and position papers that document findings and strategic direction.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Draft and refine formal communications in response to project inquiries. Coordinate with technical teams and client representatives to ensure clarity and alignment in messaging.

  • Project Oversight & Coordination: Facilitate the review of technical deliverables and administrative submissions. Lead coordination efforts across meetings, documentation, and digital platforms to maintain project momentum.

  • Contractual Risk Management: Support the evaluation and resolution of scope changes, claims, and disputes. Provide documentation and analysis for formal proceedings including arbitration or litigation support.

  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Conduct internal reviews of workflows and deliverables to identify gaps, inefficiencies, or noncompliance. Recommend and track corrective actions to improve operational integrity.

  • Contractual Review: Audit subcontract agreements and insurance documentation to ensure alignment with project requirements and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Team Enablement: Provide mentorship and training on contract interpretation, documentation standards, and risk awareness. Empower team members to navigate project responsibilities with confidence and clarity.

  • Additional Contributions: Take on special projects or responsibilities as needed to support broader organizational goals.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Engineering, Construction, or Legal Studies.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project oversight, contract negotiation, or dispute resolution within a construction or infrastructure environment.
  • Alternatively, candidates without a JD must demonstrate at least 10 years of relevant experience in project and contract management.
