Paralegal at Events Managament Company
We are currently engaged on a Corporate Paralegal search with a live events company that manages productions on a global scale. This is an urgent search with an ASAP start date.
This position is on site in New York City 3-4 days per week.
Reporting into the General Counsel, this Paralegal will support a wide variety of legal matters including:
- Corporate focus: Corporate records, governance, and entity management amongst other activities
- Contract focus: Contract Lifecycle Management, updating playbooks and templates, etc.
- Regulatory: Prepare and coordinating KYC/AML , certificates/documentation, etc.
- Outside Counsel and Litigation Management
The ideal background for this candidate should include:
- 4+ years of relevant paralegal experience
- Bachelor's degree (and/or Paralegal Certification)
- Open to being in office in NYC
