Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team to deliver timely and accurate corporate secretarial services.
- Oversee statutory filings, board and shareholder meetings, and maintenance of corporate records.

- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with relevant laws and guidelines.
- Drive process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
Ideal Candidate:
- 8+ years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial or governance roles.
- ICSA-qualified or legally trained with strong technical knowledge.
- Proven leadership and client management skills.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
