The ideal candidate will have experience managing cases from inception through resolution and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Employment Litigation Attorney Responsibilities:
- Manage and defend litigation matters from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex matters and provide strategic input.
- Advise clients on litigation risks and potential resolutions.
Employment Litigation Attorney Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of general litigation experience; labor and employment experience is a plus.
- Strong academic credentials and excellent legal writing skills.
- Licensed to practice in Texas (or eligible for admission).
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
