A prestigious law firm is seeking a talented Employment Litigation Attorney to join its Austin office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a strong litigation background who is interested in expanding into labor and employment law. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cases from inception through resolution and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Employment Litigation Attorney Responsibilities:

  • Manage and defend litigation matters from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
  • Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex matters and provide strategic input.
  • Advise clients on litigation risks and potential resolutions.

Employment Litigation Attorney Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of general litigation experience; labor and employment experience is a plus.
  • Strong academic credentials and excellent legal writing skills.
  • Licensed to practice in Texas (or eligible for admission).
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
