We're Hiring: General Liability Associate Attorney - Defense Litigation
A nationally recognized litigation firm is expanding its General Liability team and seeking an experienced Associate Attorney (5-8 years) to join.
This role involves defending a variety of claims including:
- Defective product claims
- Premises liability
- Personal injury
- Consumer protection
- Strict liability and negligence
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of complex civil litigation
- Conduct depositions, court appearances, and motion practice
- Lead case strategy and trial preparation
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and communicate directly with clients
Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active NY Bar membership
- Strong litigation and deposition experience
- Excellent writing and communication skills
