Corporate Counsel (PE/VC)
Role Overview
This opportunity will be embedded within the investment function, supporting end-to-end transaction execution.
Responsibilities include:
- Structuring investment deals to align with commercial and regulatory objectives
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating term sheets and investment documentation
- Advising on regulatory considerations across multiple jurisdictions
- Collaborating with colleagues in other offices to ensure seamless cross-border execution
Qualifications
- Law degree and admission to practice in a major jurisdiction
- 1-3 years of experience in corporate, M&A, or venture financing (law firm or in-house)
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with a commercial mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative and proactive approach
