Commercial Litigation Attorney
We are currently partnered with a reputable national client seeking a mid-level Commercial Litigation Attorney to join their team on either a fully remote or hybrid basis. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of litigation experience in both the commercial litigation and labor & employment space. Candidates must be barred in their respective state of residence.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of complex commercial litigation and employment-related litigation.
- Conduct thorough factual investigations and manage discovery processes.
- Prepare and draft pleadings and other legal documents.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Maintain effective communication with clients across multiple industries.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial litigation and labor & employment law.
- Experience arguing motions and participating in mediation.
- Strong deposition experience preferred.
- JD from an accredited university with strong academic credentials.
- Active bar license in state of residency.
- Proficiency in legal research. Experience with eDiscovery a plus.

The salary range for this position is $170,000-$230,000 dependent on location and experience level. Candidates for this role can be considered on a hybrid basis instead of remote if they live in one of the following locations: Austin, Boston, Chattanooga,Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Jefferson City, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Madison, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Nashville, Oakland, Omaha, Phoenix, Providence, Springfield, St. Louis, or D.C.
