An AM Law 200 firm is actively seeking an Employment Litigation & Counseling Attorney with 1- 4 years of experience to join its Los Angeles or San Francisco office. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge employment litigation and counseling matters for national corporate clients. The firm is known for its progressive culture, early responsibility, and high-profile cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent employers in employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination suits.
  • Handle wage and hour litigation, including class actions and PAGA claims.
  • Provide employment counseling on policies, discipline, termination, and wage/hour compliance.
  • Draft and review employment manuals and internal policies.

Key Qualifications

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
  • Admission to the California Bar.
  • 1 - 4 years of employment litigation and counseling experience.
  • Strong writing, communication, and client management skills.
