A top AM Law 100 firm is actively seeking a Labor & Employment Associate to join its Chicago office. The firm values diversity, inclusion, and community engagement, and seeks candidates who thrive in collaborative environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in employment litigation, including depositions and case management.
  • Provide strategic counseling on employment law issues, including compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with attorneys across business units on labor and employment matters.
  • Manage multiple projects and articulate legal strategies effectively.
  • Support the firm's commitment to diversity and community involvement.

Key Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
  • Active Illinois bar license.
  • 4-7 years of employment law experience, including litigation and counseling.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage complex matters.
