Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in employment litigation, including depositions and case management.
- Provide strategic counseling on employment law issues, including compliance and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with attorneys across business units on labor and employment matters.
- Manage multiple projects and articulate legal strategies effectively.
- Support the firm's commitment to diversity and community involvement.
Key Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
- Active Illinois bar license.
- 4-7 years of employment law experience, including litigation and counseling.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage complex matters.
