Corporate Counsel
A National Retail Organization looking to hire a Corporate Counsel. This is a position specifically designed due to the exponential growth of the company. The corporate counsel will be working closely with C-Level executives on a wide variety of general corporate and commercial legal matters and have the opportunity for high visibility within the organization.
The Corporate Counsel will be responsible for:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of contracts and agreements.
- Advising different sectors of the organization on legal matters.
- Supporting litigation matters.
- Providing support on all general legal issues as needed.
The Corporate Counsel should have the following:
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Up-to-date law license in good standing from Arizona.
- 5+ years of legal experience practicing in a corporate environment and/or with a major law firm.
- Labor & Employment law background.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
