Corporate Counsel
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver timely, high-quality legal counsel on issues including contracts, compliance, employment, intellectual property, real estate, litigation, and M&A.
Interpret and apply laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions in which the company operates.
Support commercial relationships and corporate transactions involving customers, suppliers, lenders, and other stakeholders.
Monitor legal and regulatory developments, advising leadership on implications and risk mitigation strategies.
Develop and conduct legal training programs for internal teams as needed.
Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the legal team.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant legal experience; in-house counsel experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-service mindset.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex matters in a fast-paced, global business environment.
Experience working with international operations and advising senior management is a plus.
Familiarity with mergers and acquisitions is beneficial.
