About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified associate to join the Data and Technology Transactions Practice. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and wants to work on sophisticated technology and IP transactions for leading companies and investors.


Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on technology and intellectual property transactions, including:
    • Technology licensing agreements
    • Development and consulting services agreements
    • Distribution agreements and strategic alliances
    • Website and mobile application licenses and terms of use
  • Support IP-related aspects of acquisition, investment, and financing transactions.
  • Collaborate across practice groups to deliver integrated solutions for complex challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships within the technology and innovation economy.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology transactions and IP-related work.
  • Strong academic credentials and a track record of excellence in corporate advisory work.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must be admitted to practice in California.
  • Location: San Francisco or Silicon Valley.
