About Us:
We're seeking a Technology Patent Agent who is passionate about intellectual property and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. If you're ready to protect groundbreaking inventions and work alongside world-class engineers and scientists, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

  • Draft, file, and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications in a variety of technology areas (e.g., software, hardware, AI, telecommunications, etc.)
  • Collaborate closely with inventors, engineers, and R&D teams to identify patentable inventions
  • Conduct patentability, freedom-to-operate, and landscape analyses
  • Manage patent portfolios and support IP strategy development
  • Work with outside counsel and global IP offices as needed
  • 1700 billable hour requirement

What We're Looking For:

  • Registered to practice before the USPTO
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in patent prosecution, preferably in a law firm or corporate setting
  • Strong technical writing and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical abilities

Ideal Candidate:

  • Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.)
  • Experience with international patent prosecution (e.g., PCT, EPO)
  • Familiarity with IP management software and docketing systems
