The Team

The Role
- You will advise on a range of real estate finance transactions, including:
- Large‑scale acquisition, investment and development finance matters
- Bespoke and structured real estate‑backed lending
- High‑value refinancings and recapitalisations
- Acting for leading global banks, debt funds, institutional investors and sponsors
- Cross‑border transactions involving premium real estate assets and complex structures
- Associates are given responsibility from an early stage, playing a central role on transactions and working directly with sophisticated clients.
The Ideal Candidate
- England & Wales qualified (or equivalent)
- 2 - 4 years' PQE in real estate finance at a top‑tier City or international firm
- Strong technical grounding in secured lending and real estate finance
- Commercially astute with a solutions‑focused mindset
- Confident communicator with the credibility to advise premium clients
- Excellent academic pedigree and attention to detail
