Overview:
A nationally recognized labor and employment law firm is seeking experienced Partners to join their growing California offices. This firm is known for its deep subject-matter expertise, strong client relationships, and a collaborative, supportive culture. They are making strategic hires to expand their footprint across the state.

Location:

Flexible - Offices available in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Sacramento, Irvine, San Diego, and more across California.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal counsel on employment policies, compliance, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour laws, and labor relations.
  • Represent clients in state and federal courts, arbitration, administrative proceedings (EEOC, NLRB, DOL, etc.), and other dispute resolution forums.
  • Advise on union negotiations, collective bargaining, grievances, and workplace investigations.
  • Handle high-stakes employment litigation, including class and collective actions.
  • Develop and expand client relationships while cross-selling firm-wide services.
  • Mentor and collaborate with associates and other team members to enhance the firm's labor and employment practice.

  • A portable book of business (preferred, not required)

  • Active membership with the California State Bar
