A well-established law firm in St. Louis is seeking two experienced Litigation Legal Assistants to join its growing litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys playing a critical role in supporting attorneys and keeping cases moving efficiently from inception through resolution.
Responsibilities
* Manage attorney calendars, court deadlines, and scheduling
* Prepare, revise, and file legal documents
* Handle state and federal court e-filings
* Maintain and organize case files and litigation materials
Qualifications
* 3+ years of comparable litigation support experience
* Strong knowledge of legal document preparation and court filing procedures
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
* Experience supporting multiple attorneys is preferred
* Prior asbestos litigation experience is not required.
