The team handles a broad range of complex litigation matters, including transportation and trucking litigation, catastrophic injury claims, premises liability, product liability, professional liability, insurance coverage disputes, construction litigation, and complex commercial litigation. Attorneys work closely with sophisticated clients, including insurers, national corporations, and industry leaders facing significant litigation exposure.
What You'll Do
- Manage cases through all stages of litigation
- Draft and argue motions
- Take and defend depositions
- Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy
- Attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
- Work directly with clients and claims professionals
- Participate in trial preparation and trial proceedings
- Collaborate with experienced trial attorneys on high-exposure matters
What We're Looking For
- Active Washington Bar admission
- Litigation experience in insurance defense, transportation, trucking, catastrophic injury, commercial litigation, construction, professional liability, product liability, or related practice areas
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Experience handling hearings, depositions, and motion practice
- Trial experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
