Employment Litigation Associate
About the Role:
My Client is seeking a talented and experienced Employment Litigation Associate with at least 4 years of litigation experience to join its Phoenix office. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level associate looking to grow their career in a dynamic and supportive environment focused on employment law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings
- Prepare and argue motions
- Take and defend depositions
- Manage ESI discovery
- Collaborate with team members on complex employment litigation matters
Preferred Experience:
- Significant experience in employment law and/or restrictive covenants and trade secrets
- Strong general litigation background with a demonstrated interest in employment law
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admission to the Arizona Bar
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter who thrives both independently and in a team setting
