Corporate Transactional Attorney
We're seeking a talented Corporate Transactional Associate to join a thriving Corporate Services Group. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a team of experienced, energetic legal professionals in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.
What You'll Do:
Handle a wide range of complex corporate transactions including M&A, divestitures, private equity, debt/equity financings, joint ventures, and strategic investments
Lead and support matters from initiation through closing, balancing strategic insight with detailed execution
Draft, review, and negotiate sophisticated corporate documents
Collaborate with attorneys and clients across diverse sectors
Manage multiple high-level matters simultaneously while delivering top-tier client service
Contribute to business development through team and individual initiatives
Uphold the highest standards of ethics and professionalism
What We're Looking For:
J.D. degree and licensed to practice law in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (must meet CLE and license renewal requirements)
4+ years of relevant experience in corporate transactional work, particularly in M&A and private equity
Proven drafting and negotiation skills on complex corporate deals
Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management abilities
A proactive, self-driven approach and a genuine interest in growing within a corporate practice
