This well established firm in Florida, with a strong reputation for excellence in business and commercial litigation is looking for a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex commercial disputes and be capable of managing cases from inception through trial or resolution.
Commercial Litigation Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings, arbitration, and mediations.
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, and trial preparations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Conduct legal research and draft memorandum, briefs, and legal options.
- Manage multiple cases and deadlines with minimal supervision
Commercial Litigation Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
- 3 - 7 years of commercial litigation experience.
- Strong analytic, research and writing skills.
- Trial experience is a plus, but not required
