My client is a leading and growing Financial Institution and we are recruiting for a Regulatory Advisory Compliance professional to be based in the Singapore office.
Responsibilities for this Compliance (Funds) role
- Provide compliance advisory on business initiatives, investment proposals, product launches, and regulatory submissions.
- Monitor and assess global regulatory developments; communicate key updates to stakeholders.
- Analyze regulatory impact on investment activities and support implementation of required policies and controls.
- Evaluate licensing requirements across jurisdictions for fund management operations.
- Interpret investment regulations across US, EU, and APAC, including disclosure rules, trading regulations, and foreign investment regimes.
- Knowledgeable in public/private markets, derivatives, and capital markets operations.
Requirements for this Compliance (Funds) role
- A minimum of 3-4 years' experience in compliance within financial institutions, regulators, or fintechs.
- Skilled in regulatory interpretation, stakeholder engagement, and policy implementation.
- Proficient in data tools (Tableau, SQL); basic Python skills; strong interest in regulatory technology.
- Self-driven with strong analytical, communication, and research capabilities.
