Litigation Associate
A nationally recognized litigation firm is seeking a General Liability Associate Attorney to join its dynamic team in New York City. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated legal professional to work on complex litigation matters in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
About the Role
As a General Liability Associate, you will:
- Manage a diverse caseload from inception to resolution
- Handle court appearances, depositions, and motion practice
- Collaborate with experienced attorneys on high-stakes litigation
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide strategic legal counsel
What We're Looking For
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the New York State Bar
- Minimum 2 years of litigation experience in general liability, personal injury, premises liability, or insurance defense
- Experience in trucking litigation, construction/labor law, or transportation law is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
