The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Senior Attorney, Litigation to join its Class Actions, Product Liability & Mass Torts team. This is a non-partnership track position designed for experienced litigators who enjoy legal writing, motion practice, and litigation strategy. The role offers the opportunity to work alongside nationally recognized trial and appellate attorneys on complex litigation matters in both federal and state courts.
This position is available in multiple U.S. office locations and operates on a hybrid schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft dispositive motions, briefs, memoranda, and other substantive litigation filings
- Prepare motions to dismiss and summary judgment motions
- Draft and review discovery responses
- Analyze large-scale discovery records to support litigation strategy
- Prepare deposition outlines and witness preparation materials
- Conduct legal research and case law analysis
- Assist with fact development and issue identification
- Collaborate with litigation teams on complex case strategy and execution
- Support class action, product liability, mass tort, and complex commercial litigation matters

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) required
- Active bar admission and good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 6+ years of litigation experience
- Strong experience with motion practice and legal writing
- Experience drafting:
- Motions to Dismiss
- Summary Judgment Motions
- Briefs and Memoranda
- Discovery Responses
- Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills
- Experience with class actions, product liability, mass torts, MDL, complex commercial litigation, or appellate matters strongly preferred
