Hybrid opportunity in San Diego (UTC area). The firm offers a competitive compensation package, with associate salaries generally ranging from $130,000 to $220,000, depending upon experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
Attorneys in this role are entrusted with significant responsibility and direct client interaction. Key duties include:
- Managing all phases of litigation on assigned matters
- Taking and defending depositions
- Preparing and arguing motions in state and federal courts
- Developing case strategy alongside senior attorneys
- Drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, reports, and case assessments
- Working directly with corporate representatives, claims professionals, and in-house legal teams
- Participating in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings
- Traveling as needed to support matters in various jurisdictions
