My client, a leading global labor & employment law firm, is seeking an exceptional Associate with 5-7 years of labor and employment experience to join their New York office.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will bring strong employment litigation experience, including hands‑on responsibility for case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and negotiations. This role offers exposure to high‑visibility matters and sophisticated clients, along with the ability to work alongside nationally recognized leaders in labor & employment law.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing employment litigation matters from early assessment through resolution
- Defending and prosecuting restrictive covenant disputes
- Drafting and negotiating employment agreements, including executive compensation terms
- Providing counsel on a broad range of labor & employment issues for management clients
- Collaborating with a deep bench of experienced practitioners across the U.S. and internationally

- Demonstrated experience in employment litigation (required)
- Must be licensed to practice in New York
