We're are currently partnered with a leading international bank looking to add a Client Support Specialist to join their growing team. In this role, you'll collaborate with the Front Office Corporate and Product teams, assisting in pre-closing and closing phases of transactions, and ensuring the smooth maintenance of transaction portfolios post-closing.
Client Support Specialist Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal approval and external documentation processes for transaction renewals and amendments.
- Engage directly with clients and bank participants to address transactional matters and upcoming amendments, including conducting business due diligence reviews.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and internal models affecting transaction requirements.
- Foster a client-focused environment, nurturing relationships and ensuring top-tier customer service.
- Collaborate with various teams (Operations, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Finance) to optimize support processes for our franchise.
Client Support Specialist Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of Banking Operations experience.
- Familiarity with Syndicated Loan Documentation.
