We are currently partnered with a company in the bitcoin/crypto industry looking to hire a junior/midlevel Securities Counsel. Reporting into the Associate General Counsel you will work closely their legal and leadership teams to achieve positive results and minimize company risk through collaboration and documentation of critical information.
Responsibilities for the Securities Counsel:
- Support all standard public company SEC filings including 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K etc
- Must have knowledge and be able to support '33 Act and '34 Act
- Ability to support with all corporate governance related matters
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree and a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited US law school, along with a license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction.
- 2-3+ years of legal experience either coming directly from a law firm or in house legal department
