Title: REMOTE Labor and Employment Counsel
Salary: $120k - $150k

REMOTE Labor and Employment Counsel Responsibilities:
- Providing support in employment litigation matters by developing strategies and game plans for claims against the organization
- Responding to pre-litigation demands and disputes to ensure all involved parties are prepared
- Responsible for all aspects of litigation process including case assessment, strategy development, and discovery
REMOTE Labor and Employment Counsel Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 minimum years of employment specific litigation experience
- Must be barred in the state you live in
- Experience with charges is a plus
