Salary: $120,000 - $150,000

Remote EEOC Charges Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of EEOC charges from inception through resolution.
- Conduct thorough investigations and prepare comprehensive responses to EEOC cahrges.
- Stay up-to-date with cahnges in employment law and EEOC regulations.
Remote EEOC Charges Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the same state of residence.
- Minimum of 6 years in Labor and Employment law
