Overview:
A leading banking service provider is looking to bring on an AVP, Client Coordinator. They are looking for an experienced Client Coordinator to enhance support for bank partners and their regulatory needs. This role involves acting as a key liaison between the company and its bank partners, coordinating and participating in regular meetings to launch and manage bank products. Responsibilities also include overseeing audit requests, reporting requirements, and regulatory updates.
This individual must be proficient in the financial services industry and possess strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as the role involves working with various stakeholders both internally and externally. This dynamic position will work closely with senior leadership, strategic partners, and internal teams, serving as the primary contact and trusted advisor for our bank partners. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, entrepreneurial, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Track all bank activities to ensure high levels of service and provide timely updates to the team.
- Monitor and report on bank satisfaction with program manager roles and products.
- Attend bank review meetings to build relationships and understand requests.
- Build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions.
- Resolve client concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Act as a strategic thought leader for partners on strategy, policy, products, systems, and processes.
- Challenge the status quo when necessary.
- Understand business and regulatory constructs to support programs efficiently.
- Manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Adapt to changing priorities and address issues quickly and professionally.
- Support projects to meet milestones and deliver a great customer experience.
- Seek opportunities to stay current, expand expertise, and add value to the organization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Prior experience in the banking or financial industry.
- Outstanding analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
- Three to five years of experience in financial services, consumer finance, or retail credit.
- Background in second look financing is a bonus.
- Knowledge of Fiserv system features and functionality is a bonus.
- Experience with general-purpose credit cards, retail credit finance, and/or installment loans is preferred.
