A top Law Firm is growing their Private Equity practice in a few different locations, and they are looking to bring on top Private Equity Associate Attorney. This team offers a tremendous amount of professional growth, the ability for autonomy, and to help build an already growing practice.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will possess three to six years of experience in private equity, particularly in the corporate aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, and daily operations involving private equity portfolio companies. You will work with national and international clients.
