Reporting directly to the Head of Market Compliance, this individual will join a tight-knit team with high visibility across the business. The role involves handling a variety of matters, including model development, implementing compliance monitoring systems, trade compliance, supporting long term strategies, and more.
Qualifications & Responsibilities of the Market Compliance Associate:
- 3+ years of experience
- Bachelor's or Masters in relevant field
- Work with senior market compliance analysts and advisors to identify compliance monitoring screenings
- Update the company's strategies used for commodity trading and ensure trade compliance
- Support the compliance team with special projects
- Extensive working knowledge of the energy space
- Experience with Python is a plus
