Labor Relations Attorney Responsibilities:
- Advise management on labor relations issues, including compliance with National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and other relevant legislation.
- Represent the clients in negotiations with labor unions, including collective bargaining and grievance hearings.
- Manage and resolve labor disputes and employee grievances through mediation, arbitration, or litigation.
Labor Relations Attorney Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active and in good standing licensures
- Experience 2-8 years of experience in labor relations or employment law
- Ability to travel
