Labor & Employment Counsel - Fully Remote
We have partnered with an AM 100 global law firm that is looking to hire a fully remote Labor & Employment Counsel. In this role, you will provide consulting services to Fortune 500 companies on EEOC charges and administrative hearings.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to administrative agency charges, ideally at both federal and state levels.
- Respond to EEOC charges (direct experience required).
- Draft strong position statements and represent clients at hearings and/or mediations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years experience in Employment Law
- Juris Doctor from reputable Law School
- Experience at a AmLaw 100/AmLaw 200 Firm
