Title: Labor and Employment Career Associate
Salary: $160,000 - $225,000

The ideal candidate is fully rehearsed in all things related to employment law and has a strong ability and desire to litigate. Career Associate Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement case strategies, including settlement negotiations and trial preparations
- Conduct legal research to support case strategies
- Represent top-tier clients in hearings, trials, and other court proceedings
- Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on case progress and development
Career Associate Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor and bar certifications in good standing
- 5+ years of employment litigation experience
- Strong academic background
- Ability to travel, if necessary
