My Client is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Labor & Employment Associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of a wide range of employment issues, including but not limited to workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of employment-related litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions.
- Possess experience in taking and defending depositions, as well as conducting administrative hearings (preferred).
- Draft workplace policies tailored to the needs of clients.
- Conduct employee trainings on various employment-related topics.
- Provide day-to-day advice and counsel to employers on employment law matters.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and exhibit a strong work ethic.
- Utilize excellent writing, communication, and research skills in all aspects of the job.
