Our client is a leading global investment bank. They operate multiple verticals aross APAC and are established in the region. The business is growing, they have a proven & successful track record in over the years. We are hiring for a Legal Counsel (VP/SVP), reporting to a Managing Director, to support the business on Fixed Income legal matters.

Responsibilities for Global Markets Legal Counsel - Fixed Income (VP/SVP), APAC
Provide legal advisory to the business on FX Derivatives and other global markets
products
Familiar with ISDA or NAFMII and FX spot letters
Collateral, netting and enforcibility advisory
Ancilliary documentation (NDA, guarantees, authorisation documentations)
Support Markets and Treasury team on regional and global transactional projects

Requirements for this Global Markets Legal Counsel - Fixed Income (VP/SVP), APAC
Bar qualified lawyer with at least 7-10 years of relevant working legal experience in a bank
Strong stakeholder engagement skills
Good understanding of ISDA Master Agreements, FX spot letters, NAFMII Agreements
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated and driven
