We are partnered with a leader in mortgage financing to source a Financial Reporting specialist with 6+ years of experience. This leadership role is a management position and will be responsible for a team of direct reports.
Responsibilites:
- Manage a team, providing guidance and mentorship to direct reports
- Review team reports to ensure accuracy and efficiency of processes and procedures
- Research and comply to federal and company regulations within financial reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in applicable field (Accounting, Finance, etc), Master's Degree is a plus
- Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably within a Big 4 corporation
- Leadership & management experience
- Excellent communication skills to engage direct reports and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with GAAP & SEC regulations
