We are partnered with a highly reputable client looking to bring on a fully remote Employment Special Counsel to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of state and federal employment litigation experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with labor and employment experience who is looking for a remote opportunity with work/life balance. If candidate is local to Minneapolis, there is also an opportunity to work hybrid if the candidate desires.
Responsibilities:
- Represent a variety of clients with cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, etc.
- Handle administrative charges involving ADA and Title VII.
- Draft and review legal documents, including demand letters and position statements.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of employment litigation experience. Experience at a law firm required.
- J.D. from an accredited university
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Licensed to practice AND currently located in MN
