A leading law firm is seeking an attorney with 8+ years of employment litigation experience. This remote, full-time role involves handling Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) cases with a large client pool, including Fortune 500 companies.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from a reputable law school
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in Employment Law
- Barred in the state where you reside
- Prior experience at a top law firm is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on employment law issues like discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage disputes.
- Draft and review legal documents, such as employment agreements and severance agreements.
- Represent clients in litigation and employment disputes.
- Provide strategic counsel to help clients navigate complex employment issues.
