We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join a Compliance team for a European bank. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to post trade monitoring side of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct post-trade monitoring and surveillance activities to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Utilize Actimize for efficient and effective monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and enhancements to optimize post-trade monitoring activities.
- Assist in the implementation of a new program in H2 2024, requiring project management skills.
Requirements:
- Previous working experience in post-trade monitoring is essential for this role.
- Proficiency in using Actimize program is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills to identify and address potential compliance issues.
- Project management skills to facilitate the transition to a new program in H2 2024.
- Solid understanding of financial markets and products.
