We are currently partnered with an established Fintech looking to add a Client Relationship Manager to their growing team. The Banking Relationship Manager will serve as the key liaison between the company and bank partners. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, launching and managing bank products, and handling internal and external audit requests. The role demands strong financial industry knowledge, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
Client Relationship Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Track bank activities and provide timely updates.
- Monitor bank satisfaction and address their needs.
- Attend and contribute to bank review meetings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Resolve client issues professionally.
- Advise on strategy, policy, products, and processes.
- Manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Support projects to enhance customer experience.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth.
- Escalate issues to leadership as needed.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Client Relationship Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in banking or financial services.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in second look financing is a plus.
