We are currently partnered with one of the leading Digital Infrastructure companies in North America as they seek to expand their rapidly growing legal team.
This is a Senior Level Counsel position focused on supporting all legal matters across energy infrastructure, corporate development and related commercial and regulatory work. This role will report into the Chief Legal Officer and is on site 5 days per week in the Miami area. Relocation assistance can be provided for candidates outside of Miami.
The Senior Level Counsel responsibilities include:
- Support the full life cycle of energy related infrastructure projects
- Assist with transactional and financing matters as they relate to these infrastructure projects
- Lead the drafting and negotiating of all related contracts
- Work closely with outside counsel as needed
The Senior Level Counsel requirements include:
- The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant experience at a law firm or in house legal department, working in the energy infrastructure or data center space
- JD from a top law school
- Open to being in office full time in Miami (will consider relocation candidates)
