We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Labor and Employment Associate to contribute to their Stamford, CT office.
Responsibilities:
- Offering legal advice and counsel to employers on labor and employment law matters.
- Conducting meticulous legal research, drafting documents, and preparing pleadings.
- Representing clients in administrative hearings and court proceedings.
- Collaborating with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and legal solutions.
- Staying current on legal developments and trends in labor and employment law.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the CT State Bar.
- 2-6 years of experience in labor and employment law.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
