Trusts & Estates Counsel
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on estate planning strategies aligned with their long-term financial and family goals
- Draft and implement a variety of estate planning documents, including trusts and related structures
- Support multi-generational wealth transfer planning for high-value estates
- Assist with estate and trust administration processes
- Prepare and/or review estate, gift, and fiduciary tax filings (Forms 706, 709, 1041)
- Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to deliver high-quality client service
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in estate planning with direct client interaction
- Active Florida Bar admission required
- Experience handling complex estate planning matters and trust structures
- Familiarity with estate, gift, and fiduciary tax concepts
