Our client is seeking a highly accomplished Senior Associate to join their leading Technology Transactions team in London. This is an exceptional opportunity for a UK-qualified lawyer with significant experience in complex technology transactions, alongside growing expertise in AI contracting and governance, to work on cutting-edge matters shaping the digital economy.
Responsibilities:
* UK-qualified solicitor with a strong academic background (2:1 or above; LPC or SQE completed)
* At least 6+ years' PQE with a strong focus on technology transactions within a leading law firm or in-house environment
* Demonstrated experience advising on AI contracting and governance frameworks
* Deep understanding of commercial technology agreements, including SaaS/cloud, outsourcing, software licensing, and system implementation projects
* Strong grasp of key contractual concepts such as warranties, indemnities, liabilities, SLAs, and transition/exit arrangements
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret and deliver complex legal advice in a clear, commercial manner
* Proven ability to lead projects and contribute to business development initiatives

* Leading high-value and strategically significant technology projects with partner oversight
* Providing specialist advice on AI contracting and governance, supporting clients navigating emerging regulatory and commercial challenges

* Supporting clients across a variety of sectors, particularly those at the forefront of digital transformation and innovation
* Playing an active role in client relationship development and broader business development initiatives
