Senior Relationship Manager Position Summary:

The Relationship Manager (RM) will serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of middle-market and large corporate clients, providing strategic financial solutions and fostering long-term relationships. This role is responsible for acquiring, deepening, and managing profitable relationships with companies typically generating annual revenues between $50 million and $2 billion.

Senior Relationship Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering tailored financial advice and solutions.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients, including lending, treasury, and investment services.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with internal product specialists (e.g., credit, FX, investment banking).
  • Analyze financial statements and industry trends to assess client needs and risk.
  • Structure and negotiate credit facilities and other banking products.
  • Maintain high standards of portfolio credit quality and compliance.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through proactive service and strategic engagement.

Senor Relationship Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial banking or relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, credit analysis, and risk management.
  • Proven track record in business development and client relationship growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred (or willingness to obtain).
