Senior Employment Attorney - Remote Special Counsel Role (California Bar Required)

We're seeking Counsel or Special Counsel with 7+ years of employment law experience and active California bar membership to handle a dynamic caseload of administrative charges, demand letters, and single-plaintiff litigation. You'll also have the chance to supervise junior attorneys, shape case strategies, and represent clients in hearings and trials-all while working from wherever you thrive best.

What You Bring:

  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school
  • 7+ years of employment litigation experience
  • Active California bar membership in good standing
  • Confidence working independently in a remote environment
  • Bonus: Experience with EPLI matters or prior law firm practice

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range: $150,000-$250,000, based on experience and billable target
