Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. bar membership.

- Experience supporting sophisticated financing transactions and strategic corporate initiatives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple high-priority matters.
