Senior Construction Counsel
Larson Maddox is partnered with a major name in the Data Center industry on a Senior Construction Counsel position. This is new headcount on the back of significant growth within the business. This is a fully remote, US based role, reporting into the lead US Construction Attorney, with clear exposure to the Global Head of Construction Counsel based in EMEA.
Responsibilities:
- Support all construction and power related agreements such as general contractor, equipment and supply orders, PPAs, NDAs, MSAs, LOI's etc.
- Lead tender review processees for projects in both the US and across the globe
- Build relationships and work cross functionally with buinsess leaders in finance and procurement
- Identify and mitigate risk as it realtes to power and constrction contract
Requirements:
- JD and active bar license from one US state
- Minimum of 5-10+ years of relevant experience
- Mix of law firm and in house experience strongly preferred
- Data center experience strongly preferred
Compensation & Benefit:
The target base salary for this role is $175,000 t0 $245,000. There is a discrrtionary bonus involved. Equity is not a component of the total compensation package at this time.
Location:
This is a fully remote role with the candidate residing in the United States. There will be occasional travel and calls outside of normal work hours, however the day to day expectation is working local hours.
